After retiring from professional baseball over 20 years ago, Matt Bryant embarked on a successful career in Colorado real estate, focusing on buying and selling homes for his clients. He combines this with his passion for coaching children and investing in properties for his growing family. Matt takes pride in listening to his clients, ensuring they achieve their real estate goals while building lasting relationships along the way. He has successfully guided clients through buying, holding, and selling various properties around Denver, and he has seen many of them grow their wealth through smart investments.
In recent years, Matt's family investments have expanded to include mountain properties and a fund that purchased eight units in Texas, as well as a portion of a shopping center in Georgia. Now a member of Blue Pebble Homes, Matt is eager to elevate his business to the next level. An active lifestyle enthusiast, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and hiking with his family. Matt’s daughter, Kate, is a sophomore at Clemson University, where she purchased her own home, while Reese, his younger daughter, looks forward to investing in real estate during her college years.
